When registering, please note that you will not be able to change your username.

When choosing a username, please avoid names that could be confused with a commercial brand unless you officially represent that brand. For example, usernames like Vaillant, Ecodan, Homely or Hive will be rejected if you have no affiliation with the company, as they create ambiguity for other users.

However, you can combine a brand name with your own name (e.g., Ecodan-John or Vaillant-Pete) as long as you include a clear disclaimer in your signature (the text added to the bottom of your posts). For example: “I am not affiliated with [Brand Name].”
