Help needed in Essex
Hi everyone, my friends have a new ASHP and solar panels. They have been left without any set up or knowledge at all. Is there anyone who could visit them to help them set up and get on a suitable tariff? They haven't had hot water for weeks and the solar panels are not even working.
I know there will be someone who can help for a suitable payment.
Thank you
@brandon-r is this a project that you could assist with?

@ashp-bobba Not yet. The poor women are still waiting for a call back from the supplier. I have contacted someone from an ASHP company within a reasonable distance who’ve said they will visit to help, but they do not install solar panels.
@cathyem1 Did you consider using 2 different companies, solar company for the panels and ASHP for that side. I know there are some companies that do it all but there are many more that specialise in one or the other.

@ashp-bobba TBH the ladies are rather disorganised, so I wanted to wait to see if they get a reply from their supplier before contacting someone else. When I asked them yesterday they were still waiting. Thank goodness they have electric showers or they’d have no hot water to wash.
