Ecodan 11.2kw Wireless thermostat drop outs
Hi,
I have some interesting behaviour with my wireless thermostat (the one that comes supplied with the FTC7 controller). It looks like it drops out for a bit that causes the heat pump to stop for a few minutes and then start back up again(graphs attached). I was wondering if anyone else had similar experiences? I have moved it to be closer to the control unit, with no luck. I do have a lot of zigbee devices... not sure if that is relevant. Im using https://github.com/F1p/Home-Assistant-Mitsubishi-Ecodan-CN105-to-MQTT to get log all the data from the Ecodan FTC7 controller
Craig
I've had our FTC7 wireless thermostat lose connection to the controller a few times, does yours display 3 in the top right where the temperature usually is? It didn't stop the heat pump when it did this though. I've moved it from beside the mesh WiFi router (interference seemed the likely cause) and it's worked fine since.
