MCS promised a response in two working days on the 22nd, as yet I have heard nothing. Not a good start.

@saz And in my experience the installers completely ignored it and let it just drip onto the patio on which the ASHP stands

@editor Yes but that was before the mad rise in electricity prices - Our domestic battery's pay back time is getting shorter seemingly everyday
