Engineer has been. Prob air locks....undid a few things and forced it to heat.....we thought the valves had failed but a rare thing to get both failin...
Thanks. No buffer. Def controlled by the Samsung. Thermostats seen to have no effect. Looks like a serious failure on the panel? It's under warranty.....
I noticed that the two valves are quite warm too🤔

@jamespa just the CH one and no nothing is heating. When I put the demand in for hotter water - it shut down the CH pump plus some whirring of valves ...
@bontwoody no, there;s nothing left on - all options are OFF.
Maybe a complete reset? I think I'll leave it until the guy gets here this afternoon.
Yes, two pumps - one for running the heat pump and the other for the CH. Thermostats are off!
@jamespa it's a bit odd. The CH pump is running. All the time. I tried to run the CH by switching on both the two zone thermostats but nothing happene...
@jamespa flow temp 🤔 how do I check that?
