Thanks. No buffer. Def controlled by the Samsung. Thermostats seen to have no effect. Looks like a serious failure on the panel? It's under warranty.....

@jamespa just the CH one and no nothing is heating. When I put the demand in for hotter water - it shut down the CH pump plus some whirring of valves ...

Yes, two pumps - one for running the heat pump and the other for the CH. Thermostats are off!
