Thanks. No buffer. Def controlled by the Samsung. Thermostats seen to have no effect. Looks like a serious failure on the panel? It's under warranty.....

Maybe a complete reset? I think I'll leave it until the guy gets here this afternoon.
Yes, two pumps - one for running the heat pump and the other for the CH. Thermostats are off!
