Samsung E911 intermittent issue
Posted by: @netdonkey@editor it’s one of their agents. They did say the name of the company but can’t remember it!
just remembered the name! https://atlasservicessolutions.co.uk/
Just a quick update. It looks like it may be the actual Samsung is broken. Whether it's been caused by the 16 litres of glycol the installer put in for our 12 radiator system or not is still to be seen. Waiting for Samsung to open tomorrow to get them to come out
Just an update to let everyone know that we are now all back up and running after 2 weeks of no heat in the coldest January in a while.
We finally had the installed agree to drain the system and flush everything through. When he was disconnecting the ASHP from the outside flow and return he removed some lagging beside the shut off valves and spotted something he hadn't noticed before. The shut off valves also had filters in them
Opened them up and they were caked. Cleaned them out and did another flush for good measure and we are back with heating!
Thanks for everyones input into this!!
