at the bottom of our installers invoice it said we were liable for confirming LPA standard/guidelines met etc. Thankfully we were all ok with ours

Just heard back from Samsung and there is a software upgrade that will fix this logic so the secondary pump isnt always running.

Primary pump runs as described above. Secondary pump is constantly on until DHW is activated
