Replacement Vaillant heat pump installed, with sensotherm controls. Two zones upstairs and downstairs.
Downstairs has underfloor heating, and three existing room thermostats. All heating fine.
Upstairs has radiators on one loop, and the sensotherm should control them, but nothing happens when the desired temperature is higher than the room temperature.
Installer has checked the installation with Vaillant technical support on the phone, but still nothing happening.

Anyone else had a similar problem?
