Roof sealant
The previous owners built a garden room on the side of the house and put a plastisol (that's a product name) roof on it. We've always had small leak issues during heavy rains, and have spent the summer siliconing gaps that we thought might be leaky with a degree of success. With the recent storms we've sprung small leaks again.
I was wondering if anyone has used or can recommend a product that we can "paint" onto the roof to cover a much larger surface area.

I'm not sure of a paint product for for sealing leaks outside I've found clear CT1 is excellent for stopping leaks and being weatherproof as other sealants would fail after a year in the sun/rain.
Mitsubishi Ecodan 14kw ASHP + 500l Cylinder
@george, thanks I’ll check it out. The issue with our roof and sealants is that we don’t where the water enters, so it’d much easier to just paint the entire surface area.

It might be worth borrowing/renting a thermal imaging camera as it could show the leaks/paths the water is flowing through.

@George, I actually have a thermal camera for the week and it never even crossed my mind to use it to identify "leaks". Good idea. I think I'll be up on the ladder tomorrow.
