The notifications are coming but for some non microsoft domains, they are being classed as SPAM.

Anyway, does your message mean you are (temporarily) rolling back to the previous mailer?

@batpred, this is a new "service" for better mail delivery, but some minor teething issues which takes hours to resolve. 95% of emails are now being delivered, but many are being classed as spam and ending up in junkman folders. Hopefully the latest updates we've made will resolve all of that.

@editor Thank you Mars. Toodles.

Yours appear to be delivering OK, but suspect they've been marked for the junkman folder.

The notifications I receive have been normal for a while. I assume this is the same for others

It took a couple of days, but looks like everything has now been configured properly with 'green ticks' in all the right places and the logs from today show 99% delivery. All my email notifications are now arriving in my inbox (no longer in junkmail) and hopefully this will now bed in as our delivery numbers remain high. Thanks for your patience everyone.

If I may offer a suggestion: I am admin and mod on a forum with over 160k users. When you grow a forum, it becomes harder to shift from one software to another. The Wordpress forum you use now (wpforo) is ok and easy to get going, but once you start to grow, it's very limiting especially when it comes to moderation tools. I suggest running some trials with potential alternatives and do test migrations to see how this would work. This might save some headaches later...

My blog where I write about all the systems in place and decisions made for my off-grid house at 63 degrees north in Finland.
