Im just about to start monitoring a 12kW Ecodan for a friend and may well go on to use Havenwise at some point in the future. Ive just ordered the wrong thing off ebay and want to avoid doing that again.

Is the Melcloud adapter I require a PAC-WF010-E M? such as this

https://www.orionairsales.co.uk/mitsubishi-electric-air-conditioning-pac-wf010-e-m-series-wi-fi-advanced-interface-6866-p.asp?msclkid=58db4dc5f8ce18d6f7a4253eb67383e6

Thanks in advance.

That looks like the wireless adapter to allow the Ecodan to communicate with MelCloud.

My understanding (and what I am working towards) is that HavenWise require the PAR-WT50/60  Wireless transmitter and receiver, but I may be wrong.

@bontwoody Please don't take my word for it. I said it looks like the WiFi Interface but it is not quite like the one I have (see photo) and they may have updated it.

Perhaps we should wait for HavenWise to confirm, but I have just installed the Wireless Controller Model PAR-WT60 transmitter and receiver  in the belief that this is what they require.

Unfortunately! temperatures here are up in the high 20's so I cannot, yet, establish if it is functioning correctly.

Ive just found out that the module I purchased is compatible with Melpump. Anyone have any experience with that as opposed to Havenwise?

@editor Is there any chance you can edit the title of this thread to include Melpump please?

This is the User Manual for the Ecodan to MelCloud interface and you will see it quotes MAC-5571F-E Dated November 2012!

The one I have was installed 3-4 years ago and is a MAC- 5871, so probably an update.
