Hi,

I had Marvel Heating install a heat pump for me in 2023/24, its was a poorly designed and poorly installed system and I've had lots of problems with it. I was going through their internal complaints process to try and rectify. I've had independent reports and I'm not looking for solutions for the system: I'm fairly sure I know what needs doing, but Marvel have stopped trading.

By IBG is no longer valid. MSC not interested as they are not trading. NAPIT similar. I didn't pay by credit card. I've tried emailing the liquidator to see if they had and valid public indemnity insurance I can claim from, but I can't even get a replay to an email.

Has anyone had any experience of a similar situation and had success? or, just give up and move on: one day rectifying it myself when I have the money to do it.
