ECO4, ECO3, ECO2, ECO1, HUS, BUS, GBIS Dedicated Support and Advice
It has come to my attention that Consumer Energy Solutions (CES) appears to have continued issuing (or customers received) MCS certificates for heat pump installations completed after 29 March 2024 (the date after which they were allegedly removed from MCS).
I'm investigating oversight failures in the ECO4 scheme and the role of MCS. If you were a CES customer and have an MCS certificate (or any related documentation) for work carried out or commissioned after 29 March 2024, I would be very grateful if you could share a copy (redact any personal or financial details if you prefer). These will be kept confidential.
Please send via email to: editor@renewableheatinghub.co.uk or feel free to DM me directly.
I’m particularly interested in the installation date, measure type (air source heat pump, solar PV), and any correspondence you had with MCS, TrustMark or the administrators.
This could help establish the full picture of what happened and support affected households. Many thanks in advance for any assistance...
