That was a long time, I guess a lot of folks jumped over in a short time. Revenue has been at least 50% up.
AI has been fine, 95% satisfied, I could squeeze a couple of KWh out if I were constantly tweaking it, but I’m happy to let it do its thing. Has shown no evidence of learning yet. It’s better for me to show you.

Samsung 12kW gen6 ASHP with 50L volumiser and all new large radiators. 7.2kWp solar (south facing), Tesla PW3 (13.5kW)
Solar generation completely offsets ASHP usage annually. We no longer burn ~1600L of kerosene annually.
