Shouldn’t your temp sensor be in the middle or lowest sensor pocket? Otherwise you’re not actually heating up much volume of water before the DHW temp...

@iaack I've got cooling mode on the radiator selected, and I've disabled the valve mode on it, so they are open all the time.
