Samsung Gen 7 wi fi kit
I am told that the Samsung Gen 7, Model AE120CXYBEK pump is supplied complete with the wi fi kit EHS DB98-40278. Has anyone with a recent purchase of this model of Samsung pump had problems in finding the wi fi kit and having it installed? Comments from successful installers would also be appreciated.
Install the Smart things App and try to add the HP. It gets as far as hit the verify button on the controller. What button. No button on the WiFi unit or on the System controller. I even spoke to Samsung support - they did give me a clue - turn the HW & heating off on the control panel. Found the answer - flip the HP RCD off then on. The controller (which one?) then goes into a pairing mode for a few minutes. Bit of a pretend button press ...
Sounds like a recipe for me to mess something up. Am looking for a local "expert" at doing this. Once done I will be in touch with Havenwise . More info on your results with their app will be appreciated.
