[Solved] Samsung error code E912
Hi
My system has been working fine for a few months but I woke up to a cold house and an error code
Indoor
Indoor address 200000
Error code: E911
I checked all the pressures, all ok.
The system seems to run the cylinder pump, the outside unit starts up the it all shuts down after a while. I'm guessing some obstruction in the circuit. It's all under warranty but I don't know how fast they'll send an engineer out. The inline brass filter only has one valve before it, I was tempted to shut that off and remove the filter to clean but....not keen to mess things up further!
Steve
Have you seen this video? Cleaning the filter shouldn’t be a big deal. I shut both lever valves before I clean mine.
Hi, yes ces were a but tardy in getting back to me but Lucy on their helpline talked me thru it. I guessed correctly what to do but wasn't happy unless they were involved. Loadsa crap came out. So now I know. Many thanks.
