thank you for having me,i am just asking for advice i have a log burner that did my central heating and the back boiler started to leak,thought i would go for a heat pump got an installer paid deposit happy with quote and grant.Ater  a month rang the up then emailed bus application to find out how long this was taking found out my installer was trying to get the larger grant without my knowlegde.Well i,ve burned wood and coal for 14 years,not oil and lpg now have for days left on my appliacation took photos last week to get alot of the bus grant question answered,now today they said my appliacation says coal for main heating source but the installer on the recent application with my gas meter photo must have put gas,the trouble is the want invoices and receipts for my coal i paid in cash for last 14 years and don't have them,dose anyone have any advice on how to please these ppl or how i get around this hopefully the installer with deal with this but losing faith.Looking forwardto getting a heat install aswell,many thanks everyone
