Im looking for someone who would be willing to show around and answer questions from my brother in law and his wife.  They have seen my own heat pump installations but a plumber they know has put a doubt in their minds with a misinformed comment about a heat pump not providing enough heat for their home.

They live in an old stone built semi-detached with about 145m2 of floorspace and an annual heating oil use of about 23000 kW/year. Ive estimated his heat loss to be about 8kW. Ideally they would need to see a similar sized ASHP working well in a property like theirs.

Thanks Mark

have you checked the heatpumpmonitor.org list for potentials? I'd have thought anyone who's prepared to publish their data is probably also prepared to do a show and tell.

@iancalderbank I did Ian, but the entries dont always have contact details. I also looked at https://www.visitaheatpump.com/ but it doesnt seem to be up and running yet.

@bontwoody I didn't think HPmonitor published contact details at all to be honest, I was more thinking , find one that works , and then post in the openenergy forum "who's is this please?", or politely ask Glyn/Tristan if they can pass a message.

visitaheatpump is a new one on me, do we get paid 😉 ?
