I wanted to check the actual position of the Heating Wire.  Attached is an image of my install, and the heating ellement looks to be down in the hole by about 2 inches.  So 2 inches below ground level.  Is this right?  I have looked at the instruction manual, but to me it's not clear.  I can confirm that it's in the middle of the hole.
