Vaillant Arotherm Plus 7KW need a service on it

looking for a service to be done on my heat pump, im based in Boston Lincs. anyone on here know who i should use?

Have you asked Vaillant?  They quoted me just over £200 but cancelled when they realised I was on an island.

I think that is outrageous even if I suspect not unique to Vaillant.

Also not right if someone installs a heatpump but is not prepared to service it.

 

@adamk , I was going to suggest the installer would be the best option, but I assume that is not an option?

me and the installer are about 60 miles from each other and they have washed there hands of the humming noise. said i need to get Vaillant to fix it, which is kinda correct as its emanating from the compressor into the house via the primaries, but i just think its goto be easier to find a local guy to hoover the unit as thats about all they do.

booked it with Vaillant. will use them until i can find a cheaper alternative that keeps the warranty as £220 to take the covers off and clean it seems steep, my old boiler service was about £70, and they took the heat exchanger apart to clean it.
