@davesoa I’m rather a Luddite, but when I was running IOF an extension in the OE software took complete control of the powerwall. Although I’ve never run IOG I would assume the same is true. 
Pre subscription change, net zero was also doing this, but you can’t have two different and sometimes contradictory control inputs into the PW, so I’d imagine OE blocks or disable the net zero control input. 
The only reason for me to keep net zero is that it does offer a battery performance monitor that’s not available on the customer Tesla app. The reason that’s useful for me is that I flog the powerwall to death, in addition to getting max value out of my investment I have a secondary aim of degrading the performance below the 80% warranty threshold. So I want to check Tesla doesn’t diddle me out of a replacement battery, given they hide this data from the customer I have reason to question their motives.
