Solargaps blinds
Does anyone here have any experience of Solargaps smart blinds? ( https://solargaps.com/about-product/)
We initially found these some time ago when they were in a late beta stage of development, and they make sense for us given we have a large window area in our sitting room. However, we’ve found precious little actual customer or installer feedback, so any practical experience you can share would be much appreciated.

First i've seen about these but they look interesting. Would be a good solution for my South Facing Conservatory if the numbers add up. Will look into it a bit more. Thanks for the heads up.
Hi, @saf1973
You're right; the blinds themselves look great and have generated plenty of media interest. The problem is that I've seen almost no independent reviews except one on Trustpilot suggesting delivery concerns.
I've also looked around to see if anyone else is doing something similar but SolarGaps seem to be the only ones putting solar pv panels on blind slats. Anything you can find would be much appreciated, but my advice would be to proceed with caution.
