My Immersun power diverter problems now they have ceased trading
I have had an Immersun unit for 15 years that happily worked. It had problems on and off, but when we added 2 x 5.3KW batteries 3 years ago they sold me a new unit that would divert excess power to the immersion heater when the batteries were full. I never really got it working properly. I am now unsure what to do. The mobile app does seem to work and the unit itself seems to work but when I try to get it to heat the hot water even on boost it develops an error 4 sensor error and stops charging saying check sensor wiring thermostat is ON. has anyone else had problems with this?
I notice that the wireless sensor that should have two solid green lights on keeps cycling through various options of red/ green/ orange etc.
Also is there an up to date ip address to enable the unit and the app to communicate together?
Any advice would be welcome
Thank you
Peter
