I have dual 12kw Evo Edge heat pumps and this is my first time observing how they operate as they were installed in late spring. There is a weather compensation curve which I understood means the flow temperature should vary depending on the outside temperature. However I have observed that the flow temperature continues to increase to 50c for example, even when the weather compensation curve is targeting 37c. The system is using 3kw plus of electricity constantly, which is going to get expensive if we can't achieve "low and slow" running and only rely on the thermostat dictating heating demand. What am I missing here?

There's definitely something not right there. @simon-w, can you please provide some insights on what could be wrong.

@simon-w Did this get resolved because my installer is recommending 2 x 10kW Clivet's and I am interested in whether this was just a set-up issue. How are you finding things now @ambris? Does anyone have other experience with the Evo Edge Clivet's?

Simon did share a lot of very helpful advice. On further investigation the issue turned out to be a temperature sensor cable that was not properly attached to a pipe inside the master heat pump.
