I think i can reuse or adapt most of our previous documents used for planning & LBC

- extension 2014

- ASHP 2020

- solar 2021

And using ChatGPT to create planning statement and Listed Building Heritage Statement. I suspect as good as a "professional" without spending £1000 and waiting a month! With a bit of common sense checking etc
