Who's your electricity provider and what's your tariff?
I forgot to ask you, I’ve got something weird going on with my gen 6 controller. It seemed at the 1 year point, all my generation/consumption data went to cock, to use the engineering term. My consumption and generation become identical, giving me a SCOP of 1.0, whereas it was running at 4.9 last time I checked. It even shows generation data from 6 months before it was installed. Did you get this gremlin please, I haven’t called Samsung yet? I tried a full hard reset, it made no difference.
@papahuhu I'm away at the moment, but will try to remember to take a look when I get back. I know when I previously checked, mine only showed data for the current calender year. I think mine reset on Jan 1st and all the previous year's data vanished. I don't think mine ever showed multiple years like yours does, but I could be wrong.
I grab the data daily and enter it into my spreadsheet, so I have the data, but never really look at the data on the Samsung controller once I've transferred it.

Thanks, yes, that was my recollection too. This menu item appeared out of the blue, but it impacts my daily, weekly and monthly figures too. What makes it weirder, is that my homely COP data is fine. To add further confusion, I only saw it after I had my unit serviced, never before.
Like you i ditched Gas and saved the meter charge, my Washing Machine uses 0.2kW per wash, Tumble Dryer is a heat pump, Induction Hob, Steam Oven, all lighting is LED, my energy use is like map of the Himalayas, you can guess the days the EV is charged, and when the AC was working harder.
With nothing to lose, I have set my Powerwall to discharge starting at 16:00 for 1.5 hours (initially anyway) which should ensure I still have enough reserve until solar takes over the following morning. Further adjustment may take place and then I hope to have a pleasant surprise when OE swap my export over later. As mentioned, this Flux is an integrated import / export tariff so they should backdate. Until that date, I have nothing to lose by arranging my main export around the Flux peak export hours. @toodles I humbly suggest, at 35p you want to be able to ditch as much as your export allows in the+4-7pm band, it doesn’t matter if you have to buy a little back as it’s at a lower cost.
if you don’t make maximal use of that window the tariff doesn’t work out better.
@papahuhu As I say, initially, I am watching to see how close to the margin I can go; my better half has a knack for unpredictable timing of washing and dishwasher use! I may well extend it tomorrow but I want to see a baseline first. At present, I have set things so that I don’t import at all. I am aware there are a few hours in the morning where the rate is lower than the peak export rate allows.😉 BTW, where do you get the 35 prnce rate? Hereabouts, the best is 29 pence. Rewards, Toodles.

@papahuhu As promised, just checked mine and they look normal. Not sure what has happened to yours. TBH I've never looked at that screen before, I normally only check the daily figures to add them to my spreadsheet, and I get all my annual data from there. The numbers don't match exactly with the summed daily totals, but they are close enough (probably due to Samsung rounding errors). My SCOP is 3.8 from the Samsung data, or 4.3 if I use the electrical consumption from my MID meter (which doesn't include the electrical usage of pumps and MIM controller). The second value gives a more direct comparison to a FF boiler, which of course also have circulation pumps which are never considered when calculating the amount of energy (gas or oil) used.

@old_scientist Thank you, yes, yours look how mine used to look. I’ve already tried the obvious, a reset, so I’ll call Samsung support. I bet it happened during the service, which is ironic!
