@editor i wonder if aircon is becoming mainstream and needs its own forum?

We have ashp and got planning as required for listed building in 2020.

We are contemplating adding aircon and believe planning again required. Just wondered if anyone has jumped through the hoops in recent times?

Listed buildings? Conservation Area?
