I wonder if, for courier purposes, it's marked as "flight has arrived" when the plane lands or when the package has got through customs 🤔

That particular Tracking system gets updated as soon as the plane reaches the terminal.

Customs is identified separately, thus:

I hope we get the jet fuel problem sorted soon...
otherwise there's going to be a lot of Chinese aircraft stuck up there mid-flight.
