So I finally managed to purchase a second hand module for my existing 5kW battery system at a very reasonable price from ebay. I got it home and swapped it for my existing module to check it was fully functional. Long story short, I had to install various firmware upgrades and ended up with a communications error with the battery module. Did fault finding, no obvious problem found, so swapped back for my old module and lo and behold same error. THe modules cahrge and discharge fine but the error report stays constant.

It seems Huawei inverters are pretty picky about battery ID and firmware numbers, so I think I really need to delete the current installations and start building up from scratch. I have access to the user account permissions but not the installer account. Original installers didnt want to install the used module. Any ideas anyone?

Cheers Mark

Managed to delete the second battery using the installer account on the fusion solar portal. Error disappeared.
