Your neighbour could take a photo of their Service Fuse, ensuring that it shows the cabling which enters and leaves it.
If they email that to the DNO, together with the reference number on the card, then it might show enough to assess whether the supply is looped.

I doubt this will happen, but I will try and suggest it!

Morning folks!

I can finally let you know that I have been installed a 100amp fuse.

It was easy as my neighbour was not linked hence they did it straight away.

Hopefully this will preempt any future overload issues.
