@derek-m when I got in last night I turned them both up to 25. It was cycling on for 10 mins, off for 7 mins. Today it is back to 8 mins on 20 secs...

@derek-m sure. It's a Joule tank, Samsung gen6 wired remote and here's an image of the sticker on the outside unit. Anything else you need?
