Perfect this looks like Easy MCS format: so they have design you for 50 flow at -3. So what I advised you 47at -3 is a good start.

Great, rads are good, the curve i gave you is more of a rads design. Try that and see how it goes.

if you find this to warm in the colder in cold winter just reduce the 47 to 46 and so on, if you find it to warm when outside is spring 15Deg C reduce...
