Samsung Controller readings are House temp 22.3 outside -0.3 33.4 rising as bath run , water 23.5 . Readings in Loft Flow out to CH 37.9c back in 24....

@jamespa Perfectly possible re the pipes from the Buffer , worth trying first? Switchable by pass (whatever that is) as well as changing pipes ?
