Vaillant Arotherm Plus - new build no heating, no radiator

Hey guys, just recently moved in to a new build house a few weeks ago and the property we live in is a new build that has the Vaillant Arotherm Plus air source heat pump. The immersion and heating has been turned on for a few weeks but still no heating from the radiator or the Sensohome controls. Is there anything else I need to turn on since it looks like from the boiler controls it's still at 0.0kwh.

Welcome to the forums. Can you check to see if you’re consuming electricity and have you flicked through the control panel to see if the heat pump is actually on?

@editor Thank you Mars, yeah I checked on the panel it doesn't seem like any electricity is being used but the heat pump on the Sensohome panel is indicating Status:Heating
