Vaillant have been awful for me - offhand, disinterested, lacking technical knowledge - I compare this with how Worcester Bosch were when I had an oil boiler.

@seoras Sorry to hear that.  I found Vaillant very helpful.  If, as @editor suggests, you would like to say something about your house, system and what you need help with Im sure we can assist.  Plenty of people here (including me) with Vaillant kit 


4kW peak of solar PV since 2011; EV and a 1930s house which has been partially renovated to improve its efficiency. 7kW Vaillant heat pump.
