Looking for advice or an air to air heat pump engineer for Samsung

I have an air to water and air hetpump. One of my spilt unit doesn't blow hot air. It turns on the outdoor unit but no heat coming. The other two split unit work fine.

I do have a samsung eev 3 port kit to controle the 3 split units. I suspect that the probelm must be there as the other two unit works.

Any ideas how to fix this or you know a reliable installer in the Edinburgh area?
