Fan unit Making terrible noise HELP!!

One of a pair of fan units on an Earth Save Classic II sounds like a slipping fan belt; high metallic whine.

Are the bearings going? Anything I can do before I locate an engineer. (as it's a weekend)

can you post a video looking inside, at and through the fan grille? check that the fan blade is not being restricted by ice as its cold at the moment, you would need to shine a powerful torch through to likely see this.

@ashp-bobba The fan unit has now died. ESP says it's not repairable/replaceable as the model is too old (Installed 2012)

So we are now looking for a replacement for the ESP Classic 13KW. I just wished it had packed up in the spring or summer, not winter.
