Hi everyone, looking for some help.

I am in a new build property, 220m2. We have an 11.2kw Ecodan with two zones. One underfloor and one radiators. All on the same floor.

There are no issues with the underfloor side of things. The problem is when we are running the radiators just on their own. The flow temperature seems to spike randomly and then the whole system shuts down until the temperature drops. See the attached pictures. Also when it’s just the radiators running the delta T is not great. At most 1 or 2 degree difference.

What could be causing this? Installer wants to add a volumiser. Would this help this issue?

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks.
