Daikin Athena – Extremely complicated control unit

We have an old Daikin Athena heat pump. So complicated to use the control unit!

At the moment our radiators come on when the house temperature reaches 16C. How do I change it to come on when house reaches 12C? Have looked at all the online you tube help but can't find this. Anyone help??
