As heat pump installation numbers in the UK increase, choosing a competent installer is vital. We’re sharing our personal tips and advice on how to choose a heat pump installer and how to identify red flags from a homeowner’s perspective so that homeowners can hopefully hire the right installer for the job and get their heating system installed properly.

First hurdle is to find one that actually responds to calls etc.  It took me ages sending multiple requests with only one responding. They got the job and fortunately I'm generally pleased with the work. Others just didn't call back!   One other on here that I know of had the same installer.
