Wow, how big is your heat pump that it is pulling 6kW during a DHW cycle? I suppose if it's a 16kW model, and it is requiring a LWT of 60C to achieve a tank set temp of 50C, then it may pull that much... | ||

Hep. Max drop is 10C. Tried changing and it 5C made no difference. As you say, DHW set to Constant, target is 50C with 10C max drop. I think I will try setting a schedule and switching to timed operat... | ||

This is correct. Inverter limits protect grid and internal wiring. Depends on your tarrif. For me it makes sense to heat dhw at night at 6.7p/kWh and export excess solar during the day at 16.5p/kWh... |
