Room stat/call for heat wires are polarity insensitive, it’s just a switch.

A valve in the heat pump causes the direction of the refrigerant to change. The water circuit carries on pumping as usual.

@david999 On the subject of isolation after the battery, class T fused disconnect (two pole) is what is be using…. Not at all expensive.

Remove the llh and the secondary pump, wire the pwm line of the primary pump up to the Samsung controller…. That’s pretty much all there is to it.
