  1. Has anyone here replaced a gas condensing boiler for a heat pump or pumps and why?

I'm in the process of doing just this. Should save me money due to the fact I have solar PV and batteries. My boiler is new, but not performing as well as it should - so I'm using more gas than I should. With the GHG and the RHI it won't actually cost me anything to put it in. So win win all round!!

Hi Batalto,

I am not certain if you are aware, but you cannot claim both GHG and RHI, it is either one or the other.

You can claim both, it's just the value of the GHG is deducted from the RHI. So in my case the full amount minus £5000

I thought GHG no longer existed since March.
