@johnbroome perhaps, does it rise in pressure when heated and then drop when off?

@johnbroome `yes, worth checking bladder in expansion vessel for sure.

@johnbroome if it is not the pressure in the expansion vessel then just look for a slow leak somewhere, top up as needed.
