Is there any company specialising in ASHP Fan replacement?

One of two fans on our ASHP has died. The model is now obsolete and the installer has no spares and is now using a different range of ASHPs.

Apparently it has an AC motor which is no longer the industry standard. Which is DC, I am informed.

Putting a new ASHP is the expensive bottom line, even if its cheaper to run, it's payback period is going to be years. (winter elec bills about £260 pcm) And no grant available for a replacmennt heat pump

Is there any company that can look at it and see if a new motor can be fitted? (South Wales location)
