Heat Geek installations: share your experiences
@batpred I have a 400% Combined Minimum Performance guarantee: so far today the App is showing 513% with an 8 year old unvented cylinder.
FWiW, I am ‘tracking’, via HeatPump Monitor, a heat pump installation about 10 miles away. The property has the same make and size of heat pump and it is showing an efficiency today of 518% ( this heat pump has consumed about 1kWh more than my heat pump has). From what I can see from the usage pattern they are using weather compensation with a cylinder reheat in the early hours. The HeatPump Monitored annual efficiency is 460%. I don’t know whether any of this is valid but taken together with what I am seeing in the Valliant App I have no reason to think that I have been miss sold on efficiency.
