No worries, it's good to check, as I know many, many people have definitely been fobbed off!

I knew it would be a fair amount of work, however, they have been very, very busy and we still have 3 days to go.

I can see why HP install costs can start to mount up.

I don't know what Zero Disrupt would be like, but surely that isn't a realistic option for most retrofits.
