I mostly agree, in that if you don't have a TOU tarrif and are sufficiently knowledgeable/willing to spend the time on it you can probably get the sam...

I had a midea ASHP installed with homely at the time of installation by Evergreen two winters ago. Exact same setup as @mikeavison shows in his photos...
